Recent Topics block question

this mod is great but it seems to be a little too simple to be as useful as it could be
would it be possible to add the poster's name and forum name to this mod?
i have tried tinkering with it a bit but had no luck, does anyone have any suggestion?
or better yet, has anyone done this on their site and care to share?

Can you show exactly how you want it? I've done some fairly extensive mods to this block and know it.
