White Screen

Hi,

Just a quick post to see if anyone can help.... or is in the same predicament.

I`m using :
phpBB Board version: 3.3.10
PHP version: 8.1.14
Board3: Latest version
Recent Topics Ext: 2.2.15

However when I activate the Recent Topics extension I get a white screen and nothing is displayed. Is anyone else experiencing the same?
I have uninstalled, cleared cache and browser cache and re-installed Recent Topics extension but same error.
I`ve been to https://www.avathar.be/ for help and also emailed sajaki9[at]gmail.com but no reply yet.

Any help or work around would be appreciated.

Hi,
We tried but we received the following error messages after updating Recent Topics extension.
Here is a screen shot:


In phpBB debug we get:

[phpBB Debug] PHP warning: in file [ROOT]/phpbb/db/migrator.php on line 662: Undefined array key 4

This problem has nothing to do with the portal.

I understand that... just wondered if anyone else here has experienced the same and managed to resolve in anyway?

Make sure the extension is installed correctly and not damaged. You can do this by uninstalling and reinstalling it again using the official extension package. Try disabling all other extensions and see if Recent Topics works without them. If so, the problem may be due to a conflict with another extension. Check the server and phpBB error log files to see if there may be any errors or exception messages related to the Recent Topics extension. This information may help you and the support staff to determine the possible cause of the problem.
