What have you done before the problem was there?
RE checked edits and install files. I have actually done this before on my live site and it worls fine, I am now installing all my MODS on my server for testing purposes, but came across this error ?
What have you already tryed to solve the problem?

Any thoughts, I have checked twice and portal_body.html is there ?
