Would like to have a web radio block in my portal.

I would like something like this or similar.

Would it be possible to make an acp panel to set up stations to?

Anyone who could help me on the way?

Thats just a simple link to a pop up.

Yep! it's a pop up and yes I installed that mod on my portal, I simply addded a link to the radio in my main menu block and when you hit the link the radio pops up. I chose to keep the radio itself outside a portal block.
When a user clicks away from the portal page (to visit the forum or whatever) the radio stops playing because a new page get's loaded.

The mod uses an xml file for the radio stations, you do not really need an acp panel because you can simply edit the xml file to get the radio to display the stations of your choice.
