One more problem with home page

Hi all

I have installed board3 portal with success but when I log in to my page it shows the forum page instead of the portal page.
I already edited the .htaccess to this
<Files *>
Order Allow,Deny
Deny from All
</Files>
DirectoryIndex portal.php index.php index.html index.htm

and have changed the user permissions of "Anonynous" to start with the prosilver style but no luck....

By the way, my .htaccess is located in httpdocs/includes folder. I tried to place it to httpdocs folder but the whole thing crashed. No page found...

What should I do?

You should not change .htaccess in include-folder!!!!!
You need to change .htaccess in root (phpBB)-folder!!!!!
