I just installed v2.0.0 on a fresh install with no other mods other then a different style that is based off ProSilver.

Everything seems to be working perfect with the portal and functioning great except one thing, I dont have the original prosilver enabled as I am not using it and when ever I try to change a setting in the ACP I get the error below but the setting will change and still work just fine. What could be the cause of this?



I have another forum running 1.0.6 without this error on a prosilver based theme and I cant seem to figure it out.

Encase you cant read the message it is as follows:
I get it when I hit the submit button to make changes to the settings for the portal. Like I said, The changes still take affect all all seems to work as normal, I just get that error of sorts.

may be you have forgotten to copy the folder /portal from prosilver to your theme
There are files missing

The theme/images/portal folder is there for the style I am using with all the images. There is other issues with this same error now I noticed. I will report more when I get home tomorrow. Out of town right now.

hm.. can that be the problem? It is asking for "..styles/prosilver/theme/images/portal/.."
I don't know whether or not prosilver must be available for installing

There is other issues with this same error now I noticed. I will report more when I get home tomorrow.

ok what are the other problems? if there are none just run with it

otherwise try FTP'ing all the Board3 prosilver files to your site again

The other issue I am having now is if I try to disable a module in the ACP I get that same message as in the above post and the module will remain enabled when I go back to it. I can delete the module from the list but thats not what I really want to do.

I dont know what happened. And I also have this in my .mods module management after I ran the install script. Can I just run the DB install file and remove the BD enrties and try redoing it? Just a thought...

Well, Its fixed... I dont know why but even though Prosilver was not my default theme it was active and once I deactivated it everything is working perfect now. The error messages have gone away and all the settings are now saving. Weird but its working.
