Installation Guide - just tried to install and get errors.

Hi
Is there an installation guide ??
I copied all the files from root to the relevant locations and then ran /install_portal/install.php
Everything seemed to complete OK, but nothing has changed on the forum...
If I try to view portal.php located in my forums root I get:
General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]
Table 'phpbb3.portal_config_table' doesn't exist [1146]
An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.
If I look at the MySQL DB I can see table called ''phpbb_portal_config'.
Help
