Add link under Menu

Nothing as there is no problem
What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
I have ventured into the portal folder and looked at the .php files.
Description and Message
I just want to add another link under the menu under "Privacy Policy". What file would I need to open and where would I need to add in the additional link information?
