Add HTML blocks

Hello,
It is possible to make some edits so we will be able to add unlimited HTML blocks?
Also, it is possible to add a new feature that allow to move blocks? like the GF-portal in phpbb3
for example:
Move the block to the centre/left/right side

The Board3Portal but is further developed to meet these needs.

maybe the first question is not clear, what I meant is adding html blocks from the acp, better then making files...

We are currently developing a new version of Board3 Portal that will enable the requested feature, but as it is a new major version, you won't be able to add this feature to Board3 Portal 1.0.6.
