In the menu on the Portal there is a line that says "The Team".

It shows adminitrators and moderators.
Can I make it show my own made usergroup or people with a special rank?

Hi,
the link takes only the information by phpBB and has nothing to do with the portal.
But you can use the team-block from the portal.
For more information about the team-block, please use the "search", because that much has been written.
