Small Custom Block - Not Resizing

Your phpBB Type: Standard phpBB3
MODs installed: Yes
Your knowledge: Beginner
What have you done before the problem was there?
After installing Board3 (along with PBWoW on my site, I wanted to use the Custom Block sections on the portal to display some custom information. The Center Custom Block works like a charm but the Small Custom Block is not resizing to hold my text - it appears to have a fixed height.
What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
My knowledge of modifying the files is pretty limited, I just started learning this a couple days ago. I was able to figure out how to move the custom block to the top of the left column from its original position lower down, but I can't seem to determine how I can configure it to auto-grow.
I have combed these forums for the last hour or so looking for threads similar to this issue but have not been successful in finding anything.

As you see, the Small Custom Block is not sizing itself to hold the amount of text. Is this by design? Is there a way to change this?
