Portal is allright but doesn't appear in ACP

Your Portal Version: 1.0.4
Your phpBB Type: phpBB3 with many MODs
MODs installed: Yes
Your knowledge: Basic Knowledge
PHP Version: 3.0.5
What have you done before the problem was there?
I have install the portal while ago, and now I realized that it doesn't appear in ACP to change some configuration.
What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
I have made an update with the last 1.0.4. And it doesn't appear too. And I don't know why.
Description and Message
I don't know what I miss... Maybe the install has not install nothing in adm folder.
