Something going wrong - installing. Need some help.

What have you done before the problem was there?
Installing step-by-step, with ru languagepack. portal_docs/install.xml
What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
reinstalling Portal almost 10 times.

After installing on both - index.php and portal.php:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_VARIABLE, expecting ')' in /var/www/reshetilovka/reshetilovka.com/includes/session.php on line 62
on /adm/index.php:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '.' in /var/www/reshetilovka/reshetilovka.com/adm/index.php on line 459
atm mod Portal removed.
