I would like to know how to do to create a new block on the left side, just above the relório to display the last threads of a forum, do not need to have the option to change the acp, you need only show Who posted the content.

I'm almost getting only need 2 information
Where should I change the news.php to set a specific forum to display the portal, without the acp.
And how do I news2.php relate to news2.html, because it is relating the news2.html to news.php.
