You should use the instructions for the subsilver2 style as said in this post by the Hermes style author:

You know I tried to help but you wouldn't/couldn't communicate with me via email. You insisted on using PM on this board,. I requested that you contact me via EMAIL. If you can't follow those simple instructions, it's no wonder you can't get your portal installed.
