How to open in portal, not Board index

Your phpBB Type: Standard phpBB3
MODs installed: Yes
Your knowledge: Basic Knowledge

What have you done before the problem was there?
What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
I read the post about the "open-website" I didn't find any other topics that were close. I checked the .htaccess that's correct
Description and Message
The site doesn't open to the Portal. It opens to 'Board Index' Is there a way to correct that so that it always opens to portal without typing ....../forum/portal.php
