Can not install DL Block v1.0.1 with Download_Mod 6.2.19

Help me please,
i try to install DL Block v1.0.1 with Download Mod 6.2.19 (installed ready) but i can't. it do not check version Download Mod 6.2.19. (See picture file)

Make sure you finished the installation of the Download MOD. Maybe re-install the Download MOD.

yeah, Download Mod installed ready and work fine. But not install download block, it can not check download mod installed.
