There is no problem, but am just wondering, what is the work involved in moving from phpbb3portal to Board3 Portal

I am looking to move my current guilds site to Board3 Portal from PHPBB3Portal. I was wondering if anyone could give me ome pros and cons of the tasks that I need to take to accomplish this. I have a test domain set up to play around with and document the migration prior to handling it on the production domain. My test domain is test-unconquered.org, the producction domain is unconquered.org.
