Guest/unlogged visit to portal

MODs installed: Yes
Your knowledge: Basic Knowledge

What have you done before the problem was there?
Moved the board from a different location. Portal was installed fresh.
What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
No. I have checked the portal installation but found everything in place as it should have been.
Description and Message
Everything works fine when a user is logged in but I get an error when someone is not logged in and goes to the Portal.
