What have you done before the problem was there?
Nothing, edited the files, then uploaded the included ones and thats when it broke

I have done nothing, there is nothing I can do...

I need help, basically I did all the right edits on the files, that was fine, then i put on the included files,
and thats when it went wrong, take a look > www.djforums.info/phpbb/

I tried to go the install (install_portal/portal.php) and it says I am not logged in.

So I click the link underneath the text to login, then login, then after that I can't go any where,
if i click the portal link next to board index i still get an error, and if i put in the install_portal/portal.php in again
it says i am still not logged in.

please help, my forum is not working because of the mod

Do i delete both bits of code?

You could maybe try downloading the already modified installer.

Doesn't matter now, I followed the advice in the KB article, thanks Marc, it works now! It's great

Isnt this an old Version of Portal? The Path for 1.0.3 should be "install/index.php"

Yes, definitely. This issue doesn't exist in the actual version (1.0.3)
