Different Content entirely in center block

I have come to phpbb3 and the Board3 portal from phpbb2 and IMPortal. On of the things I cannot figure out how to do is create other content for board3 and still have the left and right columns as well as the overall header and footer.
IMPortal let you have additional pages of content in the center instead of the main portal or phpbb index. You could create new pages yourself. Take a look at my old site at: http://www.cardclubs.net/phpbb/portal.php?page=2 . I created a center column simply using <iframes> around my topsite's URL.
Can this be done with Board3?
