multi language menu

What have you done before the problem was there?
What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
Description and Message
Is it possible to have some type of drop down menu(kinda like the search block) or something on the portal page that would allow users to select their language there instead of doing it via their User Control Panel? Or,is their some way to create a new block that would have a link they could click to view the board in their language if a dropdown box isnt available. I do know how to create a new block, I am just not sure what i would put in the block to change the board to different languages! Thank You!
