Is it possible to have the portal look on all forum pages?

What have you already tryed to solve the problem?

I would like to setup my forum so the portal look (with 3 columns) is viewable on all my forum pages.. viewforum,php, viewtopic.php, posting.php, ucp.php and search.php namely. Is there a way to do this?
