What have you done before the problem was there?
Installed the Codeblack Style (Subsilver based) and edited the css.
What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
Searched the Knowledge base here on these forums and looked through all 25 pages at php.com. And found out that if I kept the Install folder it would load the portal, but the portal is telling me to remove the directory. If I remove it it will show the following error

The forum is empty and holds a partial import of an old phpbb2 forum.
Also; As my theme is Subsilver based (I don't know if that is the reason) I can not find where to edit my changes in the overall_header and footer. [/i]
