Board Refuses To Enable!!!

i have copied the files to the ext folder installed the extension and i have checked permissions and enabled the board and still will not display the portal page. am i missing something here? any help would be greatly appreciated I am on version 3.3.10

If you have set the permissions of a group (where you are also present) to never, you will not see the portal. A never overwrites the other permissions.
Not all portal files have been uploaded.

I fixed it by reinstalling by unzipping files to the ext folder rather than uploading through ftp client atleast everything is working so far thank you for the quick responces
