Upgraded the Portal from the RC version to 1.0.2

What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
Checked the settings in the acp, but found nothing strange.

Description and Message
Hi

I don't really know if that's the reason, but after upgrading the portal, it does not display the latest global annoucements and news block. What can this be?

Also I'm getting a SQL Error:

Erro Geral
SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Duplicate entry 'record_online_users' for key 1 [1062]

And I don't know if it has anything to do with the portal, but it's getting me crazy. All I have to do, is to edit the field is_dynamic, in the phpbb_config table, changing from '0' to '1'. And the site runs again normally...

Something seems to have gone wrong during the. I suggest you re-upload the install dir, browse to install_portal/install.php hit "Uninstall" on the left hand menu then browse back to install_portal/install.php and install it afresh. Unfortunately you will lose your portal settings but it is the best I can suggest I'm afraid.

I've uninstalled the portal like you said, but when tryied to install I've got this message:

Language file english/common.php couldn't be opened.

Even if I type the normal URL (www.portalfpg.com), I get the same error, so now the forum is down

I've checked the language files, uploaded new ones, checked the database config...

Help pleaseeeeeeeee!!!!
