Description and Message
Permissions are on the board so that GUESTS can VIEW the forum thread TITLES but when they click the title, they are asked to login/register. So basically, they have the ability to "Can view the forum" but they don't have "can read the forum"

If they click on the forum URL, they can see all active thread titles so they can see what is being talked about.

On the portal, the permissions don't transfer so they can't see active thread titles - can I change that?

I'd like them to see it as they do on the forum, a list of thread titles for the public forums but when they click the thread they are asked to login?

At the moment, guests only see what they can READ (announcements).
