Will Board3Portal work on IIS without htaccess?

Hi,

I have a working version of phpBB running on IIS without a .htaccess file. Will Borad3Portal work without a .htaccess file?

Unless there's a way to get the default page (ie the page when going to www.mysite.com) to be portal.php instead of index.php I''m really not sure.

You can set the default page in the IIS settings, that's for sure (had worked a while with IIS). I'm just in an internet cafe, so i don't have the time for looking which tab it was. ;)

Kev to the rescue! Unfortunately I've only ever run apache personally so I'm at a complete loss. :P
