I got the following message from my hosting provider and they requested not to run the script for more than 60 secs

It seems the portal is trying to make a connection to the IP-adres 94.136.160.111 (rDNS = 111.n15.rev.ckg.tc). They warned me that this could be a safety leak and advise to set a timeout or a max time of 60 secs for the script to run if an IP- adres is not available.
How can i make this adjustment to the portal?
