MYSQL Error after broken installation

What have you done before the problem was there?
Installed Board 3. Instillation was broken, and with no backup I uninstalled it straight away. It's now kicked up a small issue.
What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
Uninstalled Board 3 portal.

Ok, this is what I've just stupidly gone and done...
My board over at www.nfortress.com has just been transferred from freeforums.org. I backup earlier today, and then tried to install Board 3 portal. For some reason it didn't install correctly saying that "" was missing (?), so I tried to uninstall it. However it showed an error. I tried backing up from a backup, but the most recent backup I'd made was done automatically after the forum had been broken.
So I've managed to uninstall Board 3, but now my forum keeps kicking up this error message whenever I try and click on "Check on MOD updates"...
I have no idea what's happened, and with no backup I'm unable to just start afresh
See, all my posts etc. were transferred. I have no earlier backups Stupid of me, I know.
Can anyone help me with this error?
