Portal code is loaded twice when using portalview

Style: SFCentar (99% prosilver)
MODs installed: Yes
Your knowledge: Basic Knowledge

MySQL Version: 5.0.51
What have you done before the problem was there?

What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
Lot of thinking and try and errors
Description and Message
After I added portalview there is a "double gap" between Banner and portal blocks, and its only on frontpage (portal) if I enter forum the double gap disapear.
Have done some studdy, and found that portal blocks is called twice. Therefor the double gap.
portal.php is calling portal_body.html and portal_body.html is calling overall_header.html (and now the problem) overall_header.html is again calling portal_header.html and that is causing the double gap.
Is there a way that can tell overall_header.html not to load portal_header.html if you are on the frontpage, and tell it to load portal_header.html when you are not on the frontpage ?
