Separate Welcome Messages

Hello,

I am a big fan of the Board3 Portal and I installed it also on the boards of friends, but theres a feature I would like to see in a next version if this is possible. It is about being able to configure separate welcome messages, one for guests and one for logged in users.

Any code changes including in which file to change it would also be most welcome as long as its not yet included in the board3 portal mod.
