Board3

Updated our site from PHPBB2 to 3 with Board3 portal. I modified the WoWKing Prosilver based theme to make it scale to fullscreen rather than fixed width. Theme adapted well into the BBDKP system as well. Unfortunately some of the frontpage blocks I was forced to hide based on login, but we have ventrilo blocks, etc, available to members only. Feedback is welcomed.
