Since you post directly to https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr, is there a way to have it post to another
script that would email the admin before posting to https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?

How would I do that?

Ok, I have been working on this for some time and should have a working solution soon. We'll be using the PayPal IPN to return the notification and ths then be able to post info about the donor.
