howto change forum main board colors

Hi i am sorry i think my question has already been asked but i just can't find it anywhere. I am trying to change the colors for my test forum example is when you first go to the page i want to be able to change the color to the forum and the box right below the banner. http://www.ashantiforums.com/forum but i dont know where to change it from in. Help will be appreciated.

You want to have an dynamic colorchanger for your visitors?
Or dit i misunderstood

If you want to change the colors of your Style, you have to change the grafics and the colors in the stylesheets...

If you want to change the Color of the Frame, you can use the Link in my last posting. The Backgroundcolors are stored in css files.
