ive dune exactly as instructed in the install.xml

ive searched every forum and still havent been able to find my issue.

ive dune as instructed by the install.xml and last part where it says PHP install file There is a PHP install file that needs to be run in order to complete the installation.
To run it point your browser to, for example, domain.tld/phpBB3/install/index.php well i did that i typed my domain like this clan-community.co.cc/phpbb3/install/index.php
now this is site been up for months i dont know if i was suppose to do this before i made forums or if it didnt matter hopefully it didnt matter cause i got over 224 users and all these posts unless i have to redo the download and still be able to do the restore and it wont effect anything but ive even searched for the files in my FTP Server install/index.php and couldnt find it so im lost on this is anyone able to help or am i doing something wrong here
