What have you done before the problem was there?
Phpbb 3.0.5 with the following MODs installed:
- Reimg (according to install.xml)
- Quick Reply (according to install.xml)
- Notify Admin on new user registration
some code changes according to this how-to:

What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
attempted to apply some code changes for announcements.html...

Description and Message
The issue is ---> a frame of Announcement block is not continuous.
Using Compact Announcement block solve the problem.
Issue is browser related:
On IE8 is not observed
Occurs on the following browsers:
- Firefox last version
- Chrome last version
- Opera last version

By the way, the installation is in russian.

OK... that's sort of weird...
Please try this:

open your _block_config.htm
find:

Code: Select all

<!-- DEFINE $S_POSTBODY_TOP = 1 -->

set it to "0":

<!-- DEFINE $S_POSTBODY_TOP = 0 -->

purge caches after that

I hope it will work, cause i didnt know anything else you can do...
