Changing Style of News Block

Hi everyone
So what I want I think it's simple
I have installed board3 and it works just fine! But I wanted to change the style of the news block in the portal. I know I need to change the CSS and the code from the HTML page, so I can change ONLY the news style and not the whole forum that have the same code, but my problem is: I can't find the right place to change that code.
In which page is it?
- styles/prosilver/template/portal/block/news.html?
- styles/prosilver/template/portal/block/center_news.html?
I know it isn't the compact one, because I'm not using it, but if you could tell me where I can change the codes so I can add an indepenent style to the CSS I would be very appreciated!
