Fatal error after update

MODs installed: Yes
Your knowledge: Basic Knowledge

What have you done before the problem was there?
Installed to update from 1.0.3 to 1.0.5
( Board is updated to phpBB 3.0.6 as of last weekend )

What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
Tried to search here for others with same problem

Description and Message
I had Board3Portal 1.0.3 running on my site. ( Love it by the way )
Attempted to update from 1.0.3 to 1.0.5

With the portal "enabled " I get the following:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function topic_generate_pagination() in /home/maverick/public_html/portal/block/news.php  on line 206

If I counted the lines correctly, "line 206" looks to be 1 of these 2 :

Any idea what I did, or forgot to do?
