Make it at ACP(Blocks)

I just want to request if it is able to make another customize block to do directly in the ACP to make it a newbie-friendly.

Also we can make a several news block with different functions like the 1 news block will show only the news on forum 1, the second will show only forum 2, and ect... And as for announcement too.
