I am uninstall portal from mysql and again install, removed and again copy all files on server

Hi all, i am from slovakia and i have big problem. i am installing board3 portal 1.0.6, portal on index is done. Portal settings on ACP is missing.

Try if uninstalling and installing it again with the installer helps. Make sure to not change anything when installing it. Also make sure that you have the permissions to manage the portal.

ok thx, and I have second problem first admin, person installing forum have in APC .MODS, I am second admin and I havent .MODS. Why?? It is big problem for me
