why can't BB codes and html be able ?
it is or Bb codes avalible OR html avalible
isn't there a option to able BB codes and HTML ?
so that i can do html flash banners and img banners

There is a flash bbcode, why don't you use that?
Anyhow, bbcode and HTML will not work together, since the BBCode engine of phpBB only parses BBCode and we certainly won't mess around with that.
