Will phpbb 3.0.5 Automatic Update Package work if you have Board III installed? Or do you have to upgrade manually

The automatic update package works without any problems.
This board has been updated with it and two other boards of mine with B3P too - as said: no problems at all. Works like a charm.

Kevin is correct, I updated my board without any problems at all

Is there anywhere I can download phpbb 3.0.5 with this portal all ready applied? It will be for a new forum

Long story short: no - for several reasons.
You have to add it yourself to the forum.

As stated before, it's for several reasons that we don't offer such a package.
Anyway: it's quite easy to add it manually. We always kept in mind to keep it as simple and with as little edits to the core system as possible.
This is what have to be done: portal_docs/install.xml
I'd say: give it a shot, e.g on a testing board.
