Hello
i understand i can use portal 3 to display information in my forum a lot easier BUT can i also use the software to display newspaper feeds. essentially i want to add a section to my site which displays my local papers news stories. if i want portal 3 to display this info do i need to create a forum area where i download the news stories ie, click on new topic etc and enter the story or cani link from portal 3 to a news feed?
Also can the portal software be used to show local photos? i want a section on the site which highlights this. i dont know if php has this facility anyway.
my website is all about a local community forum, but i want o make it a bit more interactive. i hope portal 3 can help with this.

photos can be shown in blocks or random if you have the phpbb gallery installed and than add the block that is here
