Anyone Using HighSlide Resizer Mod?

Is anyone using the HighSlide Attachment & IMG MOD 1.0.7 mod?
The reason I am posting this in the Board3 Portal forum is that I am running the News block in my portal page. I have found a fix for IE6 which resizes the image correctly in the forums. However, if the thread with the resized image is pulled into the portal News block, the forum stretches out to the original image size ... but the image itself is resized!? Very very odd.
