Gallery Block 110a Help

Hello,

Fresh install of PhPBB3, SF_Glacier Style, Board3, phpbb gallery 0_4_0 (RC2). php5.

I followed the directions, i copied the included files over. I made the edits carefully and copied those files over. I then ran the installation and it said it was a success.

However when i goto ACP<MODS<ACP_PORTAL_GALLERY_INFO i get an error reading "No mode specified."

The block doesnt show up on my portal page. Its obvious to me this must have to do with not having selected a middle block or a center block...but i figured that would be done in the ACP but i can't find the option to select how to display the block.

Any help would be great, im dieing to see how this looks and so far all of your mods and everything have worked relatively hitch free. Unfortunatly it apears like the support for the mod is in german.

Any help please, id really like to get this block working and i still cant figure out why its not working.
