Portal in we_clearblue

Hello. I try today to install portal 2, but I have a problem. I have we_clearblue style, and I can't find <div class="navbar"> in styles/prosilver/template/overall_header.html . Please help me. Thank you.

The style is for phpBB version: 3.0.10
For old style we give any support.
Use a style for phpBB version: 3.0.11
