Mod Version Check File

Im trying to install board3 portal through automd anf it gives me this error about not having mod version installed but i do succesfully,not its asking me for this file whic the mod version doesnt have.
where can i get the board3_portal_check_version.php file so i can continue the installation without having to force install?
