Pre-check prior to upgrading from 1.0.6 to 2.0.x

Hi all.

I have a question.

I currently use 1.0.6 and wish to upgrade to 2.0.x, and I do understand that there is a upgrade option within the release.

However, I have downloaded your Board3 Portal 2.0.0b1 - English zip file and read through the xml notes. ( I have not uploaded the files yet as I want to check with you before I do anything ).

The question is, I dont see any talk in the notes about what to do for an "upgrade". The notes seem to just talk about the install.

Can I assume that we still amend the files as discussed as if it was an normal fresh install and run the install/index.php file but somewhere within "that" theres an option to upgrade to complete the process?

Or do we need to remove our board3 1.0.6 install first?

In contrip folder is another folder named update_106_to_200b1 there is a file
named update.xml open this file with your web browser and follow the instructions.

For anyone else wondering... if you extract it, containing the original folders... here is the file location

board3_portal_2_0_0b1 \ Board3-Portal \ contrib \ update_106_to_200b1 \ update.xml

I was expecting there to be the update in the root folder.
