Problems with converting Board3 1.06 to 2.0.0b1

Hello,
I try to convert my portal from 1.06 to 2.0.0b1. I did the uploading and file edits, but get the following error:
Converting from Board3 Portal 1.0.6 & adding basic set of modules

SQL ERROR Table 'w6155319.phpbb_portal_modules' doesn't exist
I saw on your supportboard a SQL command to create the phpbb_portal_modules. So i did and run into the following problem, when i start the Portal:

Can somebody help to get the portal up and running?

You didn't upload all the required files. At least /portal/modules/portal_who_is_online_block.php is missing.

That's odd. I checked the install package but there is no portal_who_is_online_block.php present.
I downloaded the install package a second time, but there is really no portal_who_is_online_block.php in /portal/modules/

I uninstalled and installed again. Flushes the cache and see, it works!

Could it be they of the module is not copied all the files?
